We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards securely through PayPal which accepts a selection of different payment methods. Please select your chosen method of payment at checkout.

Purchasing

All items offered on our website are subject to availability.  To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page.  When you place an order we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Essentially, we offer free UK shipping on all orders over £15.00 which means a small UK shipping fee applies to yarn orders under that value.  We aim to dispatch all online orders within 2-3 working days. Please keep in mind that we are a small company and it may take us a little longer during busy periods. We always get our orders out as quickly as possible.

Returns

Due to health and safety, we cannot accept returns on any opened and/or used items unless they are found to be damaged or faulty.  All our products have been checked by hand to make sure they meet our high standards.

Statutory Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights.

Competitions and Mailing List

To enter any of our competitions or to sign up to our mailing list, you must give your full consent for us to hold and use your personal data in accordance with GDPR policy and regulations that came into effect on 25th May 2018.  We have set out how we use and store your personal data in our updated Privacy Policy wich can be read in full, here. 

Failure to provide consent means we will be unable to offer you a competition entry or contact you with our regular newsletter.  Any consent you do provide may be terminated at any time at your wish by request but doing so before a competition winner has been announced will void your entry.

Competition Rules

One entry per person per registration.

Repeat entries or entrants using Automated Competition Entry Services will be disqualified.  

Individual competition T&C's will be provided at the time of publishing and must be adhered to in order to comply.  Failure to meet the requirements will result in disqualification.

We reserve the right to amend competition rules and T&C's at any given time before entry has been made public or if we believe (beyond reasonable doubt) that fould play has taken place e.g. Automated Competition Entry Services have been used.
